The City of Frankfort
Frankfort is the capital city of the U.S. state of Kentucky and the seat of Franklin County. It is a home rule-class city.[6] The population was 28,602 at the 2020 United States census. Located along the Kentucky River, Frankfort is the principal city of the Frankfort, Kentucky Micropolitan Statistical Area, which includes all of Franklin and Anderson counties. It is the 4th least populous state capital in the United States, and the 13th most populous city in Kentucky.
Franklin County Fiscal Court
The governing body of Franklin County consists of a Fiscal Court. The Fiscal Court is comprised of the County Judge Executive, elected at large by residents of the entire county, and six magistrates, elected by residents of their corresponding district. Members of Fiscal Court are elected on a four year term.

A non-profit, volunteer-driven community theatre

Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation
It is the Mission of the Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation to provide mentorship and resources to children, youth, and families impacted by incarceration. It is the Vision of the Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation to end the cycle of incarceration by providing the children and youth that we serve with a path of hope and a vision of a successful future.
Capital City Christian Church
Sponsor of the NCFL initative, 60X30 initiative of the NCFL. Frankfort is in the process of becoming the first Family Learning Community in the country. Support from CCC Church will assist in attaining this goal.

The Kiwanis Club of Frankfort
The Kiwanis Club of Frankfort is an integral part in the community. Members of the Kiwanis Club are continually raising money, attending and participating in events, grilling and helping the children of Frankfort. Kiwanis Club of Frankfort meets on Thursdays each week at the Office Pub and Deli. The Kiwanis Club is the official grillers of the annual fundraising event at Thorn Hill, Spellapalooza.
Rotary Club of Frankfort
Serving the Frankfort community by living our Rotary motto of Service Above Self. Rotary meets at the American Legion Building on Wednesday at noon.
Optimist Club of Frankfort
The Frankfort Optimist Club is a service civic club that works and advocates to be a friend to the community. Optimist meets at the Office Pub and Deli on Tuesday at noon
Thorn Hill is an official testing site for Pearson VUE testing. See the school calendar for official testing dates. Additional dates may be added.
Thorn Hill offers Pro V testing every Thursdays, all examinees must sign up of the Pro V site.
The Thorn Hill supporters will directly impact all students and families that walk through the doors. Through the variety of programs we offer, there is something for everyone at Thorn Hill.
