Facility Rental

 

The facility includes: a testing room, two classrooms, a computer lab, a meeting room, multipurpose room, childcare room, parent and child room and a gymnasium.

Birthday parties, board meetings, sports tournaments, winter training, swap meets, Spellapooluza, Friendsgiving, YMCA Basketball, craft fairs, Blue Grass Theatre Guild rehearsals among many events held at Thorn Hill


Rental Rules and Information
Must be 21 years of age and provide drivers license.
Usage of gym and immediate area covered by fee. 
No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.
Building must be secured by renter.
Special equipment may be brought in or rented from THEC.

No rentals after 11:00 pm unless cleared by the Executive Director.
 
Rental Fees and Payment
Gym rental $50 per hour during regular business hours (two hour minimum).
$50 per hour plus $15 per hour custodial fee outside of regular business hours.                          Use of tables and chairs are available, cost TBD. 
Payment made by check or cash prior to rental. 
Discounted rates available for gym rental of more than 10 hours per month.
 
Cancellation
Reservations can be cancelled by THEC due to exceptional circumstances with full refund. 
Renter may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours prior to day of set-up.
After set-up begins renter is responsible for cost of set-up/tear down.

Rental agreement must be signed in person.  Rentals are PRE PAY ONLY.
